How to grow

1. Soak the garden cress seeds in water for only 2–4 hours. Their thin seed coats do not require prolonged soaking.
2. Prepare a growing tray with light soil or a damp growing mat made from cotton or coconut coir.
3. Spread the seeds evenly over the surface of the soil or growing mat without covering them.
4. Gently mist the seeds with a spray bottle to keep them consistently moist.
5. A dark cover is not needed. Place the tray directly in a well-lit spot away from direct sunlight.
6. Continue misting the seeds daily, taking care not to overwater to prevent rot.
7. Harvest the garden cress microgreens after 5–7 days, when the leaves are 3–5 cm long.
