Shipping policy
Delivery area
We deliver to all governorates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. We do not currently offer shipping outside Jordan.
Delivery charges
- Within Amman: two Jordanian dinars (2 JOD)
- Outside Amman: three Jordanian dinars (3 JOD)
- Delivery is completely free for orders of 45 Jordanian dinars or more
Some unusually large or heavy products (such as large plant pots, greenhouses, and growing media in large quantities) are excluded and may incur an additional delivery charge agreed with the customer before the order is confirmed.
Delivery time
Orders usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. This may take slightly longer on public holidays, in remote areas, or during exceptional weather conditions. In all cases, we will contact you to inform you of any delay.
Order confirmation
After you place an order on the website, our team will contact you to confirm the order and delivery address before dispatch. Please ensure that you enter the correct phone number, as we cannot confirm an order without contacting the customer.
Payment
Payment is currently available by cash on delivery. The order total and delivery charges are paid to the delivery representative when you receive your order.
Checking your order on arrival
We recommend checking your order on arrival to ensure it is undamaged and correct. If there is any damage or discrepancy, please notify us within 24 hours and include clear photos, as explained in the returns and exchanges policy.
Live plants
Live plants are packed with special care to arrive in the best condition. Because they are living products, they may show minor signs of stress after transportation, which should subside within a few days with appropriate care.
