Choose Impatiens Lollipop seeds from Benary, an international seed producer established in 1843 and serving more than 120 countries. They produce quality, uniform plants for gardens, mixed containers and landscapes.

• Spring crop time: 8–11 weeks.
• Height: 13 inches (33 cm).

Growing guide

Suitable for beds, pots, hanging baskets, mixed containers and green spaces.

• Sowing: Sow one seed per plug-tray cell.
• Germination: Optimum germination conditions apply from sowing until root emergence. Germination takes 3–5 days.
• Temperature: Maintain 72–75°F (22–24°C) until day 6. After day 6, gradually reduce to 70–72°F (21–22°C). Avoid temperatures below 65°F (18°C), which may deform seedlings.
• Feeding: Begin early, from day 3, with 25–50 ppm nitrogen. Keep EC below 0.75 for the first 7–10 days.

Growth stages

1. Stage 1 starts with root emergence and ends with cotyledon development.
2. Stage 2 runs from cotyledon development to the appearance of true leaves.
3. Stage 3 follows true-leaf emergence and ends when 80% of plants are market-ready.
4. Stage 4: plants are ready for sale and enter approximately 7 days of hardening.

Recommendations are based on Central European climatic trials. Results may differ under local conditions.
