JISA Raici Root Growth Stimulant – 5 L

Raici by JISA is a specialist root growth and regeneration stimulant formulated with NPK 1-4-7 and amino acids. It helps plants develop new roots and absorbent root hairs, supports establishment after transplanting and improves their ability to use water and nutrients.

The 5 L pack suits farms, large growing areas, fruit trees and fertilization programmes requiring repeated seasonal applications.

Raici stimulates new roots and root hairs in the root zone and rhizosphere, increasing the effective root surface for water and nutrient uptake. It supports root renewal after transplanting and during growth, and helps exchanges between roots and beneficial rhizosphere microorganisms.

Suitable crops

Tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, cucumbers, courgettes, watermelons, melons and other cucurbits; beans, peas and other legumes; olives, citrus, grapes and vines, fruit trees, field crops, ornamentals and forest trees; seedlings, cuttings and bulbs.

Root application through irrigation

• Vegetables, fruit crops and ornamentals: 400 ml per dunum per application, applied 2–3 times after planting.
• Fruit trees, citrus, vines and olives: 200–300 ml per dunum per application, applied 2–3 times after planting.

Distribute the dunum's dose evenly with the irrigation water. There is no fixed rate per 20 L for root application because the dose is based on land area, while irrigation volume varies.

Amount for a 20 L tank = dose per dunum × 20 ÷ irrigation water volume per dunum.

Example: at 400 ml per dunum using 200 L of irrigation solution per dunum, 400 × 20 ÷ 200 = 40 ml per 20 L of water.

Foliar application

Repeat 2–3 times according to crop needs.

Coverage of the 5 L pack

• At 400 ml/dunum: approximately 12.5 dunums per application.
• At 300 ml/dunum: approximately 16.6 dunums.
• At 200 ml/dunum: approximately 25 dunums.
• At 40–60 ml per 20 L: approximately 83–125 spray tanks of 20 L.
• At 40–80 ml per 20 L: approximately 62–125 spray tanks of 20 L.

Mixing

1. Shake the pack well.
2. Half-fill the spray or fertigation tank with water.
3. Measure and add the required amount of Raici.
4. Mix well.
5. Top up with water while continuing to stir.
6. Use after preparation and distribute evenly.

Important directions

• Do not exceed label rates. For root use, calculate the dose by land area, not tank size alone.
• Carry out a compatibility test before mixing with other products.
• Avoid unverified mixtures with strongly acidic products or compounds containing high concentrations of copper or sulfates.
• Raici supplements plant nutrition and does not replace balanced fertilization.
• It does not treat root rot or dead root tissue.
• Store in the original pack at 0–35°C, out of children's reach.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke during use.

Frequently asked questions

Is Raici a rooting hormone? It is a physiological root stimulant with NPK and amino acids; it is not presented as a concentrated rooting hormone for cuttings.

Is it suitable for olives and newly moved trees? Yes. It supports root formation and renewal after planting or at the start of active growth. Newly transplanted trees also need suitable irrigation and protection from heat stress.

What is the rate per dunum? For root application, use 400 ml for vegetables, fruit crops and ornamentals, or 200–300 ml for fruit trees, citrus, vines and olives, according to the label.

How much goes into a 20 L sprayer? 40–80 ml for most listed crops and trees, or 100–200 ml for broadacre crops; use the crop-specific table above.

Is there a fixed dose for a 20 L irrigation tank? No. Divide the area-based dose across the water used to treat the entire dunum.

How do the 1 L and 5 L packs differ? Their formula, use and application rates are the same. The difference is pack size: 1 L suits smaller areas, while 5 L suits larger farms and repeated use.
