How to grow

1. Soak the chard seeds in water for 4–6 hours to improve germination.
2. Prepare a growing tray with light soil or a growing medium such as coconut coir.
3. Spread the seeds evenly over the soil surface without covering them with soil.
4. Gently mist the seeds with a spray bottle every day to maintain moisture.
5. Keep the tray under a dark cover for the first 3–4 days to encourage germination.
6. Once the seeds sprout, move the tray to a sunny spot or place it under artificial lighting.
7. Continue moistening the seeds daily, avoiding overwatering to prevent rot.
8. Harvest the chard microgreens after 10–14 days, when the leaves are 4–6 cm long.
