Permetrino 25 Long-Lasting Public Health Insecticide

Permetrino 25% EC

An emulsifiable concentrate containing permethrin 25% w/v. It helps control crawling and flying public health insects through contact, with residual action on treated surfaces when used according to the label.

Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid in IRAC mode-of-action group 3A. The product must be diluted with water before use. Made in Jordan by CHEMVET, in 100 ml, 200 ml and 1 L sizes.

Target insects

• Cockroaches and ants.
• Mosquitoes and flies.
• Other crawling and flying insects listed on the package.

Use locations

For label-approved uses in homes, buildings, premises and warehouses, targeting cracks, corners, hiding places, wall edges, beneath doors and windows, insect resting areas, entrances and building perimeters.

Directions

1. Shake well before use.
2. Dilute with water according to the pest and treatment table on the package.
3. Use a suitable sprayer and direct the solution at hiding places, gathering areas and target surfaces.
4. Dilution differs for crawling and flying insects and for initial or routine treatments; follow the specified rate.
5. Do not use contrary to the label or spray indiscriminately into the air.

Keep people and pets out of the treated area for 48 hours after spraying, then ventilate thoroughly before re-entry, according to the package instructions.

• This is a concentrate, not a ready-to-use spray.
• Wear gloves, protective clothing, goggles and suitable respiratory protection when mixing and spraying.
• Keep children and pets away from preparation and treatment areas.
• Cover or remove food, utensils and drinking water.
• Do not spray food, food-preparation surfaces, bedding or clothing.
• Avoid skin and eye contact and inhalation of spray.
• Do not use near aquariums or water sources.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke during use.
• Wash hands, face and contaminated clothing thoroughly afterward.
• Do not mix with other pesticides or cleaners unless the label permits it.
• Store tightly closed in the original container, away from heat, sunlight, food and animal feed.

• Skin contact: remove contaminated clothing and wash with soap and water.
• Eye contact: rinse with clean water for several minutes and seek medical assistance.
• Inhalation: move the affected person to fresh air.
• Swallowing: do not induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical assistance and show the package label.
• No specific antidote is stated on the package. Treatment is symptomatic under medical supervision.
