Leek microgreens seeds let you easily grow distinctive, brightly coloured microgreens at home. Their mild flavour resembles spring onion, making them a versatile addition to many dishes. The pack contains 100 g of high-quality seeds for healthy, rapid growth.

How to grow

1. Soak the leek seeds in water for 4 to 6 hours to improve germination.
2. Prepare a growing tray with light soil or a growing medium such as coco coir.
3. Spread the seeds evenly over the soil surface without covering them with soil.
4. Mist the seeds gently every day to maintain moisture.
5. Keep the tray under a dark cover for the first 3 to 4 days to encourage germination.
6. Move the tray to a sunny position or place it under artificial lighting once shoots appear.
7. Continue moistening daily without overwatering, to avoid rot.
8. Harvest the leek microgreens after 10 to 14 days, when the leaves reach 4 to 6 cm long.
